PAACE Automechanika Mexico Automotive Show will reach 23,000 square meters
Even if both, the United States and Mexico, have started suffering a setback in automotive production, applications for space at the tenth edition of PAACE Automechanika Mexico, from July 9 to 11 are still booming and organizers are planning to cover 23,000 square meters (some 247,500 square feet) of exhibition space, 1,000 square feet (more than 100,000 square feet) than the previous show.
Antonio Barrera, Manager of PAACE Automechanika Mexico from Messe Frankfurt Mexico, said in a press conference that the Show this year will occupy three of the four rooms in Centro Banamex, to include up to 550 suppliers from several countries.

He pointed-out that this year, like every year for 10 years now, there will be an inclusive technical seminars program, where around 2,000 people will receive update courses in the most important subjects, such as transmissions, new technologies, marketing aimed to post-sale market and others.
Enrique Beltran, General Coordinator of the VI International Congress of the Automotive Industry in Mexico, CIIAM informed that this event will take place from July 7 to 9 prior to PAACE Automechanika Mexico and they expect the participation of the best 20 speakers in the automotive industry in the world, such as Bo Anderson, General Motors’ Procurement Vice-president; John Campi, Chrysler LLC’s Procurement Vice-president and Leo Torres, Ford Motor Company de Mexico’s Procurement Director, among others.
