Aguascalientes, Mexico.— Nissan Mexicana announced the start of the recruitment process, to hire 3,000 people for their new assembly plant, which will be located in Aguascalientes and will start operations in December 2013.
US$2 billion are being invested in the industrial complex, which is expected to generate 3,000 direct jobs and around 9,000 indirect jobs, in addition to the jobs to be offered by suppliers of the automotive sector that will install at the state.
“Nissan’s purpose is hiring 3,000 employees who are fully trained by the end of 2013, when Stage 1 starts. The company has an important hiring and training plan, structured and scheduled, based on two important methodologies: Nissan Production Way (NPW) and Nissan Way (NW)”, a press release reads.
