Saltillo, Coahuila,- Around 13 new companies will start operations in February 2010 in Saltillo and Ramos Arizpe, which will recruit most of their personnel next November and December.

The Representative of the Ministry of the Economy, Edmundo Gomez Garza, informed that in the last two or three months new companies have been arriving. Also, previously established companies are joining the Ministry of the Economy’s programs to foster foreign trade, known as IMMEX programs.

“We have visited their premises and seen by ourselves they are actually about to bring machinery and supplies to start operating next year, around February, to join local chain of supply”, he said.

Gomez Garza said that there are 17 companies in Saltillo and Ramos Arizpe which have approached the Ministry of the Economy to register in IMMEX programs.
