Mexico,- Lyncott, a company specialized in dairy products, will build a second plant in Queretaro .next year, to which purpose they will invest around US$40 million, Alejandro Martinez, CEO, informed.

The new ten thousand square meters (107,636 square feet) facilities will be located in a 20 thousand square meters (215,277 square feet) plot of land in Bernardo Quintana Industrial Park, where current infrastructure is located. Construction is expected to start early in 2011. After the plant is inaugurated around one hundred jobs will be generated.

The company’s goal is tripling by 2012 their installed capacity. Lyncott’s plant in Queretaro currently produces 3 thousand 500 tons of products per month.
