Saltillo, Coahuila.- Among the projects that have already been announced and those being negotiated, investments reach MXP$2.5 billion, Javier Guerrero Garcia, State Minister of Economic Development, pointed-out.
He added that they have an agenda of projects in which they have been working, including a 7-project portfolio. He further said that an auto parts company should announce soon their establishment in Comarca Lagunera, which will generate close to one thousand jobs. A research center of a company already established in such region is also to be announced soon.
He also said that among the seven projects being negotiated and the eight that are already consolidated between 7 and 8 thousand jobs are expected to be generated. However, he did add that half of these projects are still to be materialized, “I would not like to speak to soon, we have to keep on working and obviously offer the advantages the State has for these companies”.
