Saltillo, Coahuila,- Mario Enrique Morales Rodriguez, General Secretary of CROC Workers Union, said that all companies are recovering, even if they remain duly cautious when recruiting personnel.“We cannot believe President Felipe Calderon when he says more than 250 thousand jobs were created, and some people even speak about 400 thousand new jobs. I do not think so, new jobs would be those created after lost jobs have been recovered”.
Even if the first quarter is over and the second one is beginning, Morales Rodriguez said that it will only be after June or July when there will be a clearer outlook.
