Cd. Victoria, Tamaulipas.- According to estimates, Ciudad Victoria will close 2012 with MXP$500 million investment in the construction of chain stores and the expansion of maquilador sector, generating over 4,000 direct and indirect jobs.
City Mayor, Miguel Angel Gonzalez Salum, spoke about this and pointed out that this year several stores are expected to be built here, including Wal-Mart, E H B, Spring White Fashion, Suburbia, GranD (Hombres Ilustres); in addition to operations expansions by maquiladoras, such as Kemet and Delphi.
“These are investments that come join economic development activities in Victoria, which all of them added will amount to close to MXP$500 million and will generate over 4,000 sources of income for our people”, he pointed-out.
