Vancouver,- The Canadian mining company Caza Gold Corp announced today a formal negotiation to purchase two gold exploration projects in Chihuahua, Mexico, from their rival Exmin Resources, also based in Canada.In a press release issued last Saturday, Caza informed they will purchase 100% of the 49 mineral estates in Mexico, located on 47 thousand 433 hectares in Moris Municipality.
The Company also mentioned their intention to purchase 100% of Santiago Mining Estate, 791 hectares, located in Batopilas Municipality.
Caza Gold Corp is a private company created from Canarc Resource to finance, purchase and explore mines in Mexico.
