Monterrey, Mexico.- Ever since they started operating in Mexico on April 30th, 2007, the Austrian company Zinkpower, located in Cienega de Flores Municipality, has doubled its size and is already preparing adjoining land to keep on growing.
The current space covers 40 thousand square meters (430,555 square feet), after starting in a 5 thousand square meters building (54,000 square feet), that was gradually expanded to add to 10 thousand square meters (108,000 square feet) of indoors operations.
Their labor force has gone from 25 when operations started to 150 nowadays.
Zinkpower belongs to Kopf Group, which has 36 plants around the world in nine countries; in the Americas they only have the plant at Cienega de Flores, which will contribute with 10% of their production volume this year.
