Mexico City.- In the first quarter of 2012 growth in the construction of industrial parks concentrated at El Bajio, pushed up by the installation of automotive industry operations in this zone, experts concurred. Throughout Mexico, industrial parks infrastructure grew 1.4%, but at El Bajio the growth was 6.92%, with 529,368 square meters, according to data from Jones Lang LaSalle, the real estate firm.
Growth is encouraged by automotive industry, which is growing more in central Mexico that at border strips, there is a trend for larger distribution in the central region, caused by an increase in trade.
