Taipei, Taiwan.- The State Minister of the Economy, Alberto Chretin, said that Taiwanese companies are very interested in the competitive qualified labor provided by Ciudad Juarez, and further said that this border city is a great investment choice for the Asian market, so demanding globally. The group that traveled to Asia from Chihuahua, made of businessmen, from both manufacturing companies and service purveyors, in addition to representatives from government agencies, held meetings with companies in renewable energy field, such as Amko Solar, Sunner Solar, E-Lead Electronic and Huan Hsin Enterprise.
“The visit to Amko Solar was an open discussion, filled with proposals; their executives are much interested in Chihuahua and they said they will visit the state soon to analyze investment options”, Mr. Chretin said.
He further said that right now Juarez is consolidated in the radar of Taiwanese companies, many of which already have operations here.
