Coca-Cola Femsa investment will be increased by US$60 million after mergers
Mexico City.- Coca-Cola Femsa (KOF) will add around US$60 million to their annual capital investment as of 2012, arising from the recent mergers with Grupo Tampico and Grupo CIMSA.
In a conference with analysts, Hector Treviño, CFO, explained that both Grupo Tampico and Grupo CIMSA make each fixed capital investments for around US$30 million every year, which will add to KOF’s figures as of 2012.
This year, KOF is planning to allocate around US$600 million to organic growth in Mexico and Latin America, which represents a 14% increase over the resources exercised in 2010.
