
Cunduacan, Tab, Investments for MEP$420 million were announced today during the business tour headed by the Minister of the Economy, Eduardo Sojo, to the State.
In Cunduacan Municipality, the Minister of the Economy set off works for Tabasco Business Center Industrial Park, which will have an initial investment of MEP$250 million. When the works are completed public and private resources invested there will amount to MEP$1.5 billion, generating 2 thousand 300 direct and indirect jobs.
Before the Minister, representatives from Big Cola announced an investment over MEP$170 million to increase production lines in its bottling plant at Villahermosa.
This investment will allow generating 500 direct jobs and more than 250 indirect jobs. Sojo pointed-out that these investments will be reflected in the level of confidence businessmen have in Mexico.
The Ministry of the Economy supported this project, in its first stage, with MEP$3 million, out of a total investment of MEP$10 million. Minister Sojo also inaugurated the facilities of 911 Call Center in Villahermosa, which had an initial investment of MEP$5 million that will provide for the generation of 250 direct jobs.
