Mexico City.- DHL’s Logistics and Cargo Division has plans to build two warehouses, one in Lazaro Cardenas Port and another one in Manzanillo, to offer lower transportation costs and reduce merchandise theft indexes suffered by some companies.
“These projects are under the assessment stage, their sustainability is being analyzed, but they are a priority to the company”, the Head of the Division, Alex Graniewicz, said.
He explained that in a first stage their premises will be between 3,000 and 5,000 square meters, to reach up to 15,000 square meters within a few years, for these are sensitive projects for customers that may be affected from lack of safety currently prevailing at the zone.
