Saltillo, Coahuila.- The State Administration is expecting to materialize investments by three Japanese companies in the automotive field in the state’s southeast region and at Comarca Lagunera.
Javier Guerrero Garcia, Minister of Economic Development, informed that to this purpose they will travel to Japan, in order to hold meetings with the companies. “We hope this trip will allow us to consolidate those investments”, he said.
He further pointed-out that negotiations show positive advance, and said that the State Administration has offered incentives, as was done with other companies that have established at the State.
Guerrero Garcia said that since they are currently in the negotiations stage with all three companies, two of them in automotive supplies field and another one in logistics area, the amount of each investment is not known yet.
