Chihuahua, Chihuahua.- "To date, more than 200 companies from Taiwan have invested in Mexico, generating 30,000 jobs, of which two thirds are in Chihuahua, most of them in Ciudad Juarez”, Alberto Chretin Castillo, State Minister of the Economy, informed. He declared this when he left heading a mission from Chihuahua to Asia, specifically to follow-up on current Taiwanese investments and possible new investments to be made in Mexico and continue reinforcing the State’s commercial position.
The purpose now is promoting mainly the automotive, electric, electronics and renewable energies sectors, Alberto Chretin said.
Companies such as American Industries, Vesta, Intermex, EP Logística, Baker & McKenzie, Lexcorp and Redco make up the committee representing each service providers sector, including real estate, logistics, shelter and legal, in addition to representatives from the State Government
