Mexico City.- Mitsubishi Motors México disclosed its sales figures for the month of June 2012, when it kept its position in the market by selling close to 700 units. In June Mitsubishi Motors launched attractive promotions offering 0% credit-opening commission, down payment with preferential rates and immediate credit authorization. This helped achieve the success posted in the month’s results, when models L200, Lancer, Outlander and Montero Limited reached the best sales levels.
In the last 2 months Mitsubishi Motor’s mid-size pick-up trucks (in 2 versions, gasoline and diesel) have kept positive figures. Year-to-year growth in June 2012 reached 25%, standing out the rebound in sales of the gasoline-powered version, which for the second month in a row posted growth over 40% when compared to even month the previous year. More than 1,150 units of these Mitsubishi cargo vehicles have been sold in the Mexican market this year.
