Saltillo, Coahuila.- Executive officers from Magna announced a US$60 million investment to be made in Coahuila during a meeting they held with representatives from the State Government. From such amount US$8.5 million will be allocated to a Robotics Plant in Coahuila’s Southeast Region and around US$50 million will be spent to strengthen their operations at the State, according to a press release signed by Scott Paradise, Vice-President, Marketing & Business Development for the Americas.
The Robotics Plant is expected to generate 160 highly qualified jobs. Magna is a global leader in the market of automotive industry supplies. In the State of Coahuila they have plants at Sabinas, Acuña and the Southeast Region.
