Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua.- In order to recover from one of the worst economic falls in Ciudad Juarez, the Entrepreneurs Coordinating Council, Consejo Coordinador Empresarial (CCE), will prepare some projects to be presented to the next Administration in inter-ministries negotiation tables. Cristina Cunningham Hidalgo, current CCE Coordinator and Chairwoman of the National Chamber of Restaurant and Seasoned Food Industry, Camara Nacional de la Industria Restaurantera y de Alimentos Condimentados (Canirac), said that they will immediately start designing strategies for the city’s economic rebound, to save time and be in the position to present them as soon as the President Elect, Enrique Peña Nieto, and the new legislators take office.
She added that while those strategies are designed, assistance will be requested from the State Governor, Cesar Duarte, so that the new Federal Administration sends its ministers regularly to Ciudad Juarez, to take the city out of the crisis into which it is still immersed.
