Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua.- In spite of the global crisis, expectations to find a job in the third quarter of this year have gone up in Ciudad Juarez to hit a 4-year record, according to a survey made by Manpower.
The Employment Expectations Survey, which has a 2% margin of error and which is made quarterly throughout the world, shows that one out of every 5 employers (19%) in Juarez are going to expand their labor force in July, August and September. The Index takes into consideration the companies that will layoff employees.
Employment expectations for the third quarter of this year are the highest since the last quarter of 2008, when 25% of the companies considered hiring. The survey shows that there will be a better employment outlook in the next quarter than it was earlier in the year.
