Chihuahua, Chihuahua.- Zensho Co. Ltd., the most important restaurants chain in Asia with 4,000 shops, wants to consolidate the purchases they make of beef, nuts and other products from the State of Chihuahua.
Makoto Hirano, Vice-president, and other executive officers, analyzed how to develop strategies to introduce products from Chihuahua, mainly delicatessen, to the Japanese market.
Zensho Group is spread throughout several countries in Asia, such as Hong Kong, China and South Korea, and keeps a strong presence in the Japanese market; they therefore stand out as a strong importer of beef products.
A few days ago the Group made a commitment with Chihuahua State authorities to consolidate their purchases in Chihuahua, after recognizing the quality and harmlessness of products from Chihuahua and the potential of exporting companies at the State to serve the Asian market.
