San Luis Potosi, Mexico.- The new Economic Development Council, which will be sworn-in tomorrow, will offer support and attract investments to the State by offering incentives to companies that decide to invest here, which will benefit both the economy and employment, Eduardo Kasis Chevaile, Chairman of the Employers Confederation, Confederacion Patronal de la Republica Mexicana (Coparmex), declared.
Mr. Kasis applauded the State Administration’s initiative, because for some time now the need for this type of council had been discussed, and there will now be such Council in our State, which will most surely be coordinated by the governor himself.
Another of the Council’s tasks will be acting as link among economic sectors at the State, in order to better coordinate the actions undertaken by the several government and private sector agencies.
