Mexico City— Mexican businessmen see the immediate future with optimism, since they consider this is a good time to invest and are confident that business environment will improve, even if certain incidents may appear in the horizon, caused by the recent elections for president. The Mexican Confederation of Industrial Chambers, Confederacion de Camaras Industriales de la Republica Mexicana (Concamin) said that in the first half of the year factories activities generated moderate growth in production and employment, pretty close to forecasts, in spite of the difficult global economic environment.
According to results shown by the “Business Survey” for July 2012, made during the Third Board of Directors Meeting, businessmen perception is marked by reasonable optimism.
