Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua.- Jose Luis Gutierrez Juarez, Head of Ciudad Juarez Economic and Financial Promotion Bureau, informed that two companies will start operating here before the year is over, both in the automotive sector, which will jointly generate 3,000 jobs.
In an interview he said that these are times of momentum at the region, because Las Cruces, El Paso and Ciudad Juarez have joined their efforts, and each puts some of their city to build a very strong Metroplex.
Regarding the projects, he said that one of the plants is ready and the other one is under construction, both of them completely new plants from corporations that are already operating here, but for confidentiality reasons he could not disclose their names yet.
“In addition, there are 17 companies interested in Ciudad Juarez which, together with bi-national efforts made, pave the road for growth”, Jose Luis Gutierrez said.
