OUR SUBSCRIBERS HAVE THE RIGHT:

• To send two representatives to the three meetings held four times a quarter, of presentation, discussion and criticism of the perspectives of the Automotive Industry of Mexico at short (current year) and medium (half of the next decade) term, extracted from the automotive econometric model of CIEMEX-WEFA.

• To participate in the meetings of a complete day which are held in the months of March, July and December in different cities of Mexico, under the auspices of some of our subscribers and which include supplementary presentations of the perspectives of the Mexican economy, of the automotive industry of the US and of themes related to the regulation and perspectives of the industry. These additional presentations are entrusted to economists of other projects of WEFA, of the founding members and of invited economists of the public sector of Mexico.

• To receive two copies of the Economic Perspectives of the Automotive Industry and their respective analysis, generated four times a year and presented and discussed in the meetings.

• To receive two copies of the Economic Indicators of the Automotive Industry, based on the official statistics, publicized every two months.

• To open consultations, written or by telephone, about just any aspect in the four reports of the projections and analysis of the industry, as well as in the issues discussed in our meetings held four times a quarter.

• To have access to the electronic files of the statistics of the automotive industry, which is in process of amplification and updated with the statistical contributions of the founding members of the Terminal and Automotive Parts Industry. While we succeed in offering the information electronically, it will be sent on computer printed listings requested by the founding members.

• To propose amplifications and modifications to the Econometric Model of the industry, whose statistic viability will be considered and resolved by the technical group of CIEMEX-WEFA.

• To propose and invite new subscribers to the Automotive Service and propose invited speakers to the meetings.

Our subscribers have the right:

The subscription procedure consists of the next three steps:

• To fill out the attached subscription form and send it to us with the names of the two people who have to receive the material and the name of the person responsible for the payments.

• To make the payment in pesos or dollars in the following way:

• The exchange rate will be the free selling rate at the day the payment is made.

• Go to any office of BANAMEX in the country and make the payment to:

• To use the deposit forms sent by us with the corresponding invoices or the deposit forms of the bank.

• To indicate at the form the motive or concept of the payment (number of our invoice and complete name of the subscriber).

• To send us a copy of the processed form accompanied by a letter explaining the calculation of the conversion.

DISCOUNTS

 FOR TIMELY PAYMENT:

On the payments in PESOS received the month of the corresponding anniversary, a discount of 10% will be given.

On the payments in DOLLARS received in the month of the corresponding anniversary, a discount of 12.5% will be granted.

On the payments made in the following month a discount of 5% will be given. On the ones carried out during the third month will be given 2.5%. On the payments made during the fourth month, no discount will be given.

Starting from the fifth month, there is a monthly overcharge of 1%.

To the educational institutions, without profit aims, a discount of 33% will be granted.

FOR AUSPICE OF MEETINGS:

The host will enjoy a special discount of $4,000 dollar in his renovation fee corresponding to the year of the meeting.

FOR SECONDARY SUBSCRIPTION:

Those who want to acquire a complete additional subscription for the same institute that has the primary subscription; they will enjoy a discount of 50% on the secondary subscription.

INFORMATION

Given the fact that the "Diagnosis and prognosis" economics of CIEMEX-WEFA leans on the information of all their subscribers, distributed practically in all the economic sectors, we expect that our subscribers share their information in the largest way possible with us to improve our projections and with the remaining subscribers of CIEMEX-WEFA, participating actively in the meetings.

AUSPICE OF MEETINGS

Following the tradition of 25 years, origin of the Service, every five years we request our subscribers to foster one of our meetings, held four times a quarter, offering their hospitality to all the members of the CIEMEX-WEFA group.

The host will enjoy a special discount the year of the meeting as indicated below.
