1978 - Set up Silitek Rubber Corporation, Taiwan. First product zebra connector.

1981- Successfully developed rubber keypad and begin production.

1983 - Merged with sister companies to form Silitek Corporation.

1985 - Joint venture with USA Gesco Rubber Inc. To form S/G Industries, Inc. Sales
            office for U.S.A. market.

1986 - Joint venture with Taiwan Liton to form Lite-on Japan Pte Ltd. Sales office for
           Japan market.

1988 - Public listed in Taiwan stock market.

1989 - Set-up Malaysia plant Silitek Corp. (M) Sdn Bhd. Producing Rubber keypad.
            South East Asia sales office. Set-up Singapore and Korea Sales office.

1990 - Taiwan Rubber Plant obtained Ford Q1 award.

1992 - Set-up Europe Sales office in London.

1993 - Malaysia Rubber Plant obtained Ford Q101 and Delco DMA (Dimension
            Measurement Accreditation). Setup China 1st Rubber Plant.

1994 - Taiwan Rubber Plant obtained ISO 9002 certification. Malaysia Rubber Plant
            obtained Ford Q1.

1995 - Malaysia Rubber Plant obtained ISO 9002 certification.

1996 - China Rubber Plant obtained ISO 9002 certification.

1997 - Setup second China Rubber Plant. Taiwan and Malaysia Rubber Plant
            obtained QS 9000 certification.

1998 - Setup Mexico Rubber Plant and apply for ISO 9002 certification. Malaysia
           Plant apply for ISO 14000 certification.
