In 1992, the TQE (Total
Quality Excellence). The PMEA (Excellence in preventive maintenance): recognition by the
Ford Motor Company to high quality suppliers.
In 1993, the National
Quality Award and the National Award of Exportation by the Government of Mexico. The same
year Altec received the recognition of the Quality of Life by the State Government.
In 1996, the Quality
Certification ISO 9000.
In 1999, the most important
recognitions were: the JD Power Award, for second consecutive year by a specialized
consultant, for its audio systems; the recertification QS 9000, for its quality system;
the distinctive H for the quality and hygiene in its dining rooms and the recertification
ISO 14001 for its environmental system.
In the year 2000, Honda
granted the "Green Partner Award" to Altec, a very special annual award, which
recognizes the care of its suppliers for the improvement of the environment and this year
Altec Electrónica was distinguished for its efforts to prevent the contamination and
preservation of the natural resources. |
