ALTEC:  PERSONNEL

       For Altec, the people are the source of its force, that is why we commit ourselves to offer an atmosphere of security and general well being, as well as excellent labor relations, which elevate the quality of life on the job. Among the principal services enjoyed by the personnel are: a dining room, a bank, an ATM machine, a transport system, a specialized medical service, sports facilities, green areas and an internal communication system that includes a television channel, magazine and interpersonal communication media.

Training is the foundation of the continuous improvement process, which is why Altec has a Development Center of Human Resources, full time attended by training professionals. In this Center we also impart a High School Education and English classes for different levels, furthermore we have a pre-job program in which we have a number of people, previously selected and trained, ready to be hired at any moment.

Altec values the development of its personnel; its basic cell is the team. That is why we work with High Performance Work Teams (ETADS), a system allowing the personnel to participate actively in problem solution and decision taking.
